On behalf of The Mayor of Cannes and the Chair, General Abraham Bachar, we are pleased and honored to announce the first edition of the Cannes International Resilience Forum (CIRF). CIRF is an international congress dedicated to crisis management and resilience, which will take place at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes from Sunday 6th to Tuesday 8th, March 2022.
